New Planning Application Received

Seddon Homes ThumbnailWe have received notification that a planning application has been submitted by Seddon Homes for up to 70 houses at the western end of the Village Green  Planning application  number is 06/2018/0711. You can view full details on the Preston City Council website. 

The date for any comments to be received by the City Council is 23rd August 2018. 

So that we can get a good indication of your views, we ask you to send us a copy of any submission you make to the City Council. Please send by email to all@grimsarghparishcouncil.org.

If you do wish to comment on the application, you can do so by one of three means:

  • On the PCC website – click on the link above and look for “Comment on this Application”
  • By email to devcon@preston.gov.uk. Make sure you include the planning application number: 06/2018/0711 and your name and address
  • In writing to:

PLEASE remember you must send your response to Preston City Council for it to “count”. Even if you previously made comments on the Seddon Homes website they won't be seen by the Planning Committee - you MUST respond directly to Preston City Council.
