GRIMSARGH PARISH COUNCIL

This free fun day is being co-hosted by Friends of Grimsargh Green and the Parish Council to celebrate the Village Green being accepted as a Queen Elizabeth II Playing Field. A Commemorative Oak Tree will be planted and a Time Capsule relating to the Mosaic Wall will also be buried.

The sports, organised by "Leapig Liz", will include 100m sprint, standing jump, javelin, shot and a mini-marathon.

Everyone is welcome to attend - bring a picnic and some change for an ice-cream!
