Grimsargh Parish Council have scheduled a Planning Sub-Committee meeting for Monday 29th July, 7.30pm, Grimsargh Village Hall, to review and discuss an application to build 9 properties within the grounds of "Whitefriars" property adjacent to the current "Silver Birches" development on Grimsargh Village Green. As with any Parish Council meeting, all members of the pubic are invited to attend, but normal Parish Council Meeting procedures will apply. See Standing Orders.

We have invited representatives from Pringle Homes, who have submitted the proposals and also from Preston City Council Planning Department.
