- Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 2RL on any day from the date of this notice, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4pm on Wednesday 3rd April 2019.
- Forms of nomination for Parish Elections may be obtained from Clerks to Parish Councils or from the offices of the Returning Officer, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 2RL, during the times stated above.
- If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 2nd May 2019.
- Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 2RL by no later than Friday 12th April 2019.
- Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 2RL by 5pm on Monday 15th April 2019.
- New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 2RL by 5pm on Wednesday 24th April2019.
- Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of either physical incapacity or absence in relation to occupation, employment or service occurring after 5pm on Wednesday 24th April 2019 must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 2RL by 5pm on Thursday, 2nd May 2019.
