Hallam's latest planning application fot the reduced 100 houses development is on the agenda for Preston City Council's Planning Commitee, 1st July 10am. Details, including the Officers' report can be found via the Preston City Council website.
There were a fantastic 252 obections made to the application. That is compared to 72 to the original. Well done everyone!
We are pleased, but not at all surprised to see that the Officer's recommendation is for refusal.
We have also heard that the High Court Hearing into Hallam's claim against the proceedings of the January Appeal Hearing is to be held in Manchester on Wednesday 2nd October. This is somewhat later than we had expected and it will be a long wait!
